I have played it for the last few days. GTA doesn't even touch it in any way. I'm being completely honest. You will see when the reviews come out. the game looks amazing in HD and the gameplay is refined and the frame rate is solid. I honestly think from me beating the demo like 10 times its the best game for the 360 so far. Its rediculous folks. WOW...I don't care what screens you show or videos....Its hands down much much much better than GTA games. And this is coming from a Major G...

But I do know that no game thus far has recieved a poor rating for the 360. We will see the finished products soon enough to compare. lol....Motor storm looks great one moment then horrible the next. I have a feeling they are mixing ingame with CG. Sony has a track record of doing that to hype games. When I can go to my local eb and try it. Thats when I will comment on whether its good or not. lol...I'm to old and wise to fall for the smoke and mirrors tricks. I have every 360 game and ...

I didn't know what they licensed to do physics but I knew that they licensed somthing. When I play GRAW, PREY, and Oblivion I saw unbelievable physics in game. Thats why I asked you for a link. It wasn't because I didn't believe you. It was because I like to know everything. I'm an information hound. When I say the 360 will outperform the ps3...I'm going off of what I have seen with my own eyes and more so off of developers like the devs of PREY and John Carmack. And many others that I...

lol...lol....lol....lol.....re ad the link I posted. The 360 licensed the same exact release. lol....Don't weasle out of this one. Take it like a man. lol...Its cool. I won't rub it in too much. And I won't call you names. I'm bigger than that.

lol...I can't stop laughing at you. And the reason why the 360 version of Oblivion and Prey run at a faster frame rate on a 4000 dollar computer is because its a PORT. lol...and when they ported the code. They only utilized one of the cores. When games are made specifically for the 360 there will be a huge difference. But graphically they look the same. 400 dollar 360 and 4000 dollar pc if you use the same monitor. Cutting edge pcs just run a lil smoother when the game is PORTED from Co...

you said the ppu is released from doing it. You lie. with the software provided by Ageia it reduces the load on the ppu by 50%. It doesn't release it from doing it. lol...you are sleepy dude. Get some rest and stop lying. lol....its software available to devs...its not internal in the ps3. lol....same with the 360...they have to use 3rd party physic companies to do it. Which ones they use. I have no clue. All I know is the physics thus far have been simply amazing. Jump In.

I have no idea what software developers use to do their physics. I just know they do. How? because I play games with amazing physics in them. lol.... And from the statement I posted from ATI in regards to physics. Everything is run with software. lol...And take a wild guess who is the king of software and dev tools...lol....So what you said was misleading. Sony just announced that its licensing the A. Physx software for tools for game devs. Ok...Just like they are using the Unreal Engi...

Bob Feldstein: It is certainly true that physics could easily be done on our GPU. Realize that the Xbox 360 also has three high-speed processors, each multi-threaded – so there are many ways to achieve interesting A.I. We will seek to enable all paths for unriveled physics in games.

The xbox 360 has ingame physics as well. I don't know what software they use but Oblivion, Prey, ect all use physics in game. I thought you was saying that they have a physics processor. They don't in the ps3. They just have the software to help take the load of the processor by 50%. Thats what both the 360 and the Ps3 have to do in order to do physics. Sony just uses that company.

Not one developer has every said the ps3 will have better games. Not one. They all say the xbox 360 is a better platform for games. Yes everyone knows that ps3 can push a lot of numbers in peak performance. But those numbers are not useful in game developement. Just something to look good on paper. And yes the blu ray holds more due to higher capicity. But it will not effect games. If games need 2 discs that can be done. But as of now. No game has needed multi DVD discs to play. So...

Lie and make up numbers just to make pointless points. lol... You know what I'm saying. Like I said. I read. Whether its info from Sony's camp or Microsofts Camp or nuetral sources. I read it all and soak up the info. They are all professionals. They understand that if they make a bogus comment it will be discected in the media. So they speak facts for the most part. Sony just has a tendancy focus on numbers and not actual game performance....thus the ps2 comment about it being 10 ti...

I would respect what Nvidia would have to say as well. Thats what they do for a living. Make GPU's. They would know better than me and you. ATI is going to be honest about its own system performance and comparisson. They never bashed the ps3 or the gpu for the ps3. They just stated facts as they know it.

7275d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

I have never heard that. I just copied and pasted an article. Can you show me a link to where you read that? Just curious. I don't take peoples word for facts. But if its true I would love to know about it.
Thanks in advance....

After AGEAI unveiled its PhysX processor, everyone expected that at least one of the next-generation consoles would include a physics processor, but that didn’t happen. There have been rumors that the Xenos GPU, particularly its daughter die, could be used to accelerate physics. Is that true? If so, would it be practical or would the use of the daughter die to perform hardware accelerated physics have an impact in the Xenos graphics performance?

Bob Feldstein: It is certainly ...
